In the community of Sitka and Alaska, I advocate for affordable housing through serving on the Housing Alaskans: A Public-Private Partnership technical advisory committee. I was the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Sitka Community Land Trust, ran my own web and graphic design business for over 27 years, and is currently a Realtor with Baranof KW Realty and a Boat Broker/Partner of Welcome Aboard LLC. I currently serve on two boards at the Episcopal church in Sitka along with performing other activities there. I have decades of experience serving on boards, commissions, assemblies, and councils, including serving on local non-profit boards, regional committees, a federal council, a national committee and as a City and Borough of Sitka Assembly member and Mayor.
